Mail-in Rebates
For your convenience, EnJStore.com does its best to advertise any current rebates on our web site. Any use of these rebates is limited to the terms and conditions specified by the product manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding rebate terms and conditions, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Product Testing
EnJStore.com, like other e-tailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. EnJstore.com does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.
Technical Support
EnJStore.com does not offer any sort of technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations, provide technical support or sales advice. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at EnJStore.com.
Order status
EnJStore.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your Email address also we update you account once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
Cancel orders
You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply Contact us Cancel@EnJStore.com to Asap. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days.

Continental United States and Canada
We currently ship to the 48 continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Sorry We dont Ship to this Destinations. We do not ship to any address that UPS or Fedex cannot deliver to. This includes APO and PO Box addresses.
US customers have the option of choosing FedEx Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or FedEx Air Saver, for an additional fee. We use FedEx/UPS Real Time Quote.
Pricing/Description Mistakes
We do our best to make sure our prices and descriptions are accurate. In the event that a pricing or description mistake is made, EnJStore.com,LLC reserves the right to cancel the order at any time and for any reason. In this case a full refund will be given for the order.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within one business day from the time the order is placed. Orders take one to six business days to reach their destination. Our order cutoff time is 3PM EST. Any order placed after this time will ship the following business day. This includes air orders placed after 3PM EST! In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day.
Sales Tax
If your shipping address is in New Jersey, you will automatically be charged 7% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of New Jersey are not taxed.
Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery. Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.
ENJSTORE.COM RETURN GUIDELINES
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Must Be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise.
Please Contact EnJStore Customer Service at rma.request@enjstore.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Products Returned Without an RMA Number will be
returned to the customer at customer expense.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee.
Defective Returns are Elegible for return within 180 days from purchase date. After 180 days product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair.
Factory Sealed Product in New/re-sellable condition may be returned at EnJStore Discretion. Non-defective opened Products are not elegible for return.
Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the price Paid less a 20% Restocking Fee. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Sale of Closeout and Special ordered items are final. Only defective closeout/ Special ordered products may be returned for credit as per normal EnJ Policy.
Items Showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return. Custom Installation products that have been painted are not elegible for Return.
Items designed for consumer use but used commercially are not elegible for return.
Products Must be Returned Complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufaturer box/packaging. Imcomplete returns will not receive full
credit and fall subject to manufacturer warranty. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation and manufacturer box/packaging.
All Returns must be Shipped freight prepaid at (customer Expense) and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back
(ie. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Flat Panel and Projection TVs are not elegible for return to EnJStore.
Most TVs/Monitors 30" or larger and projection products require in field service repairs under manufacturer warranty. These Products are not elegible for Return.
Please contact the appropiate manufacturer for thoubleshooting and repair service.
EnJStore follows all manufacturer return policy.
The Following manufacturers do not qualify under our normal Return Policy
Samsung, Spectroniq, Go video, Mintek, Casio Projectors, Benq, sansui, Audiovox (flatscreens), Chauvet Lighting, Sharp, Viewsonic, Optoma, SVA, Norcent, Draper, Vutec, Sylvania, JVC, Philips, Astar.
Refused Shipments will incur a 20% re-stock Fee, plus shipping cost.
Shipping charges are not Refundable.

Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon EnJStore.com until it is accepted; EnJStore.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with EnJStore.com. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Shipping Charges
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the EnStore.com invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss
EnJStore.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. EnJStore.com reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow EnJStore.com to sign appropriate documents on Customer behalf to permit EnJStore.com to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. EnJStore.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but EnJStore.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between EnJStore.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. EnJStore.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of New Jersey, Hudson County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against EnJStore.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable New Jersey law.
Waiver
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with EnJStore.com invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between EnJStore.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between EnJStore.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
